CHELSEA FC EXTEND PDI CONTRACT
We're delighted to announce the extension of our contract with Chelsea Football Club, allowing us to continue producing content for the club until at least 2025.
PDI began working with Chelsea back in the 2013/14 season and this agreement extends our partnership for a further two seasons, collaborating with the Club to produce titles for retail sale, via both physical and digital distribution channels right across the globe.
OWNERS TO CO-EXEC BECKHAM DOCUMENTARY SERIES FOR NETFLIX
Jonathan Sides and Craig South are to be co-executive producers on the new David Beckham series to be shown on Netflix. Working with Beckham's own production company, Studio 99, and John Battsek's Ventureland, Jon and Craig are tasked with helping mould the early part of David's career, something they're hugely familiar with having produced his life story titled David Beckham Football Superstar back in 1997.
PDI TO PRODUCE WORLD PARA SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR CHANNEL 4
PDI has been asked to produce highlights of the 2023 World Para Swimming Championships for Channel 4. One year out from the Paralympics in Paris, over 500 swimmers from 67 nations will compete for medals at the Aquatics Centre in Manchester., with Maisie Summers-Newton, Bethany Firth and Stephen Clegg spearheading the British quest for gold.
12 IN A ROW FOR SUPER LEAGUE SHOW
For a 12th successive season, PDI will produce highlights of rugby league's Super League for the BBC. Presented by Tanya Arnold and produced by John Harrison, the Super League Show will transmit at 7pm on the BBC iPlayer ahead of its linear transmissions on BBC1 and BBC2. The 30-part series will include highlights of the play-offs including the Grand Final at Old Trafford.
